A ramen shop sim built for groups
Japanese Ramen Simulator launched September 27 and combines hands-on cooking with restaurant design and resource management. The unusual part is scale: it supports up to six players, so a single kitchen can become a shared production line.
Players prepare ingredients, cook noodles, arrange toppings and build original dishes while also deciding how the kitchen and dining area should be laid out.
What the formula adds
- Individual ramen bowls are assembled from ingredients and toppings rather than appearing automatically.
- Kitchen and dining-room design gives players control over the workspace.
- Co-op means jobs can be divided instead of one person doing every step.
- Restaurant management sits alongside the more tactile cooking actions.
Cooking simulators can be at their best when efficiency problems emerge naturally. A six-person kitchen gives this one obvious potential for both optimized teamwork and spectacular confusion.
